The opportunity:
ReMatter is a fast-growing start-up creating the modern operating system for the industrial scrap recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). Our customers represent the largest industrial recyclers around the world tasked with repurposing industrial and consumer scrap into new materials.
We are seeking a go-getter Sales Development Representative to help grow our business and prospect into metal recyclers of all sizes. This role will be based on our Sales team and report to the Director of Sales.
This role is in-person with some flexibility to work from home when needed, and our office is in the Santa Monica area, so applicants must be located in Los Angeles or willing to relocate. There will be some opportunity for travel to industry events.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will:
Drive outbound prospecting into new accounts with a focus on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Leverage digital channels, phone, and in-person events to unlock new conversations
Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to map accounts, build and execute engagement strategies, and grow pipeline
Develop your skillset as a sales professional including discovery, qualification, and value communication
Become an expert on the ReMatter product and customer profiles
Be a core part of a team-selling atmosphere and help surface insights to continue improving our process
