Reliant Home Healthcare Services Inc. is Hiring a LVN Near Upland, CA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities:

- Perform family planning services and assist with physical examinations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide patient education
- Utilize aseptic techniques during procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Demonstrate knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Assist with suturing and wound care as needed
- Code procedures accurately for billing purposes
- Provide nursing care in a variety of settings including nursing homes
- Implement infection control measures to ensure patient safety

Qualifications:

- Must hold a current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in family planning, physical examinations, diagnostic evaluation, and aseptic technique
- Experience with medical records management and coding procedures
- Knowledge of nursing home protocols and infection control practices
- Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
