Monday -Friday

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties: - Perform nursing procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities - Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records - Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and referrals Qualifications: - Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state

Pay: $30.00 per hour
