RelianceCM is Hiring a Business Development Associate Near Corvallis, OR

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. RelianceCM is a domestic contract manufacturer who has been located in Corvallis for 30 years.

The ideal candidate will manage internal email marketing efforts, work within our CRM system, maintain follow-up with qualified potential clients, manage social media platforms, and handle all inbound inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Internal Email Marketing:

- Utilize Apollo.io to manage internal email marketing campaigns.

- Develop targeted email content to engage potential clients and nurture leads.

- Analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

2. CRM Management:

- Work within HubSpot CRM system to track client interactions, update lead statuses, and manage pipeline activity.

- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.

3. Lead Follow-Up:

- Maintain regular follow-up with qualified potential clients to progress them through the sales funnel.

- Provide timely responses to inquiries and requests for information.

- Schedule appointments with Relationship Managers for further engagement.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.

5. Social Media Management:

- Manage company profiles on Twitter and LinkedIn.

- Create and curate content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Monitor social media channels for relevant industry trends and opportunities.

6. Inbound Inquiry Handling:

- Respond promptly to all inbound inquiries via email, phone, or social media.

- Qualify leads based on established criteria and route to appropriate team members.

- Coordinate with Relationship Managers to schedule appointments and facilitate client meetings.

7. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

- Develop strategies for lead generation and prospecting to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement.

- Relevant experience will be considered equivalent to an Academic Education.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in email marketing tools, such as Apollo.io.

- Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
