Description :

• Developand grow relationships with distributors and resellers (businesspartners) to drive mutual business growth and achieve salestargets
• Identify and amp; onboard new resellerpartners
• Have a working understanding of theCompanys products processes and manufacturingprocedures
• Maintain the database of differentbusiness partners and their applicable contracts; ensure status andnotes are up to date
• Collaborate acrossdepartments to develop and implement comprehensive businessdevelopment strategies that align with the companys objectivesvalues and mission
• Collaborate with marketingand Resellers to get CSS products and information on theirwebsites
• Drive revenue growth through effectivemanagement of business development activities including settingsales targets forecasting and monitoring performancemetrics
• Work closely with the MarketingDepartment to provide training resources and support our businesspartners to ensure they are set up for success to sell our productseffectively
• Negotiate and finalize agreementswith business partners ensuring mutually favorable terms andconditions
• Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer preferences to identify new opportunitiesfor business partner expansion orgrowth
• Facilitate interdepartmentalpartnerships for program projects
• Track andanalyze sale performance metrics including pipelines conversionrates and revenue growth in CRM / ERP (NetSuite) and take proactivemeasures to address any gaps or issues
• Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures as well as legaland regulatory requirements and provide regular reports on businesspartner performance to management
• Participateand assist with the coordination of trade shows act as a companyrepresentative for potential customers including new businesspartners
• Performsother duties asassigned

Requirements :

• HighSchool Degree required. Bachelors Degree and / or MBA in businessadministration marketing or a similar fieldpreferred
• 10 15 years of previous salesexperience in a B2B environment with a proven track record ofsuccess
• Strong business acumen customer serviceskills strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trendsto develop effective sales strategies
• Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the abilityto collaborate across all levels of thecompany
• 5 years of CRM / ERP experience; NetSuiteexperience strongly preferred
• Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on achieving goals and delivering measurableoutcomes
• Ability to thrive in a dynamicenvironment and effectively manage multiplepriorities
• Willingness to travel up to 25% asneeded to attend trade shows meet partners and attend industryevents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite(Excel Word PowerPointetc.)
