- Proactively reach out to potentialreferral sources through various channels including cold callssetting appointments phone calls emails and networkingevents
- Educate potential partners about companyservices and benefits emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Googlerating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration moldremediation and air duct cleaning
- Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns andpromotional materials to support lead generationefforts
- Maintain a thorough understanding ofindustry trends competitor activities and market developments toidentify new business opportunities
- Track andreport on sales activities pipeline status and performance metricsregularly
Requirements :
- Bachelorsdegree in business administration Marketing or a related fieldpreferred
- 2 years of proven businessdevelopment sales (Inbound / outbound) or account management roleswithin the restoration or constructionindustry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteand CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)preferred
