REJIS is seeking an individual with a minimum of five (5) or more years of proven Network administration and technical experience, thorough WAN/LAN network knowledge and excellent customer service skills. 

 Strong Knowledge supporting the following:

• Must have a thorough knowledge of networking hardware and operating systems. Cisco, Fortinet, and SonicWall a plus
• Route, Switch, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Firewall configuration and troubleshooting
• Wireless network configuration and troubleshooting
• VOIP understanding
• Experience in effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise networks

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safeguards all REJIS and customer information per CJIS, MULES, and REJIS guidelines, including but not limited to source code, USB devices, reports, backup tapes, CDs, portable data, etc.
• Adheres to all REJIS policies and procedures as well as all applicable customer policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to junior staff and oversee some group activities
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and special certifications such as CCNA, A , Network Security , Microsoft certifications.
• Route, Switch, Wireless, VOIP, and firewall or equivalent experience in effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise networks.
