Summary: The SAP Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support, implementation of system improvements and overall enhancement of efficiency effectiveness of the SAP ERP system at KHS USA, Inc.

REPORTS TO: Company President or designee.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.):

  • Assessing business needs via business process analysis, collaboration, and observation.
  • Strong understanding of MRP, Demand, Capacity planning, Queue management, Production Orders in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good Knowledge of IDOCs, master data, Engineering BOM's.
  • Knowledge of QM, EWM and MM a plus
  • Collaborating with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.
  • Work with process and data owners to develop KPI’s and Metrics that highlight system usage.
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system.
  • Maintain and enhance SAP PP/MM processes.
  • Works as part of a global team to resolve problems and incidents in compliance with established standards.
  • Determines and documents root cause of problems.
  • Providing SAP end-user training and support.
  • Documenting SAP processes and preparing progress reports.
  • Complying with industry regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but may train, direct and/or coach other team members’ activities related to SAP Implementation, administration and/or enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certifications:

BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP PP module with SAP S/4 HANA in the manufacturing industry.
