Description

What You’ll Do: 

• Work with a team and individually networking hardware and network software
• Get to work with different network technologies, multi-brand devices and more
• Communicate directly with clients/end-users
• Opportunity to cross-train with others technicians
• Assist with Mobile VPN connectivity deployment and network configuration and troubleshooting 
• Understand and practice network hardware and software configuration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Associate degree in a Computer Technology-related field or other relevant training and experience
• Coursework or project experience in Networking, Customer Service
• Self-driven, motivated to learn, detail oriented, and focused on quality
• Flexible mindset with ability to switch focus
• Ability to work up to 24 hours per week on-site for the duration of the internship
• Ability to work on a team and independently as needed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Extra Points for the following: 

• CompTIA and/or Cisco certifications
• Strong analytical, structured problem solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback
