We are currently seeking a Busser to support our wait staff and set up our welcoming dining areas. As a Busser, you will be responsible for serving plates, glasses, and silverware, refilling beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness of tables. If you enjoy the fast-paced environment of the hospitality industry and want to kickstart your career in this field, we would love to meet you. Your efforts will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, ensuring they are welcoming and well-organized.
• Set up tables with candles, napkins, and linens for an inviting atmosphere.
• Arrange tableware and condiments to enhance the dining experience.
• Offer water and welcome snacks, such as bread and cheesebread, to guests upon arrival.
• Clear dirty utensils and replenish supplies as needed.
• Provide special silverware sets for families with young children to ensure their comfort.
• Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining a tidy and appealing ambiance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all kitchen, bathroom, and dining areas.

Skills:

• Previous work experience as a Busser, Food Runner, or in a related entry-level role within a restaurant environment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules to maintain a clean environment.
• Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant setting is considered a valuable asset.
