We are searching for an Part Maintenance Tech to join our REGENCY PROPERTY TEAM!

The hours are flexible.

As an Onsite Maintenance Tech you will have a major role in the operations of the Rental community. Some of the duties will include:

· Clean the grounds

· Complete work orders

· Units Turns

· Communicate with Property Supervisor

· serve appropriate notices

· inspections

· Must live onsite (rental discount included)

Requirements for this Position:

· Must have an Outgoing and Friendly Personality

· Minimum 1 year of Maintenance

· Organized

· Basic Computer Skills
