Reedy Press, a St. Louis based publisher, is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to help support our growing title list and drive sales. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Inbound sales
· Outbound sales, via phone and email (cold calling/emailing customers).
· Assist the sales manager by researching new leads and following up on outreach.
· Occasionally visit local stores to check inventory and book placement (1-3 visits per month).
· Submit orders and maintain updated customer information via CRM.
· Assist event coordinator by contacting businesses and/or organizations to schedule author events.
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service where sales were a key component in your day-to-day.
· Reliable transportation to and from our office near Kingshighway.
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
$16.00/per hour commission and health benefits
40 hours per week, in-office only.
