Reed College seeks a Production Manager to provide leadership, organization and communication to effectively manage the logistics to deliver a variety of successful Dance and Theater productions. On an annual basis, the Dance and Theater departments produce between 12-14 shows of varying scales.

This is a full-time, 37.5 hour a week exempt role with typical work hours of 8:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. with a one hour unpaid lunch. Work hours may vary as needed based on productions with some evening and weekend work required. Pay for this position starts between $63,000 and $69,000 annualized. Pay offers are dependent on experience and are determined in conjunction with an internal pay equity assessment. This position is a one year limited-duration appointment with the possibility of renewal for a total of two years. This position is on grade EX-6.
