Job Responsibilities

Reebok seeks a full time Senior Director, Operating Partner Engagement at our offices located at 25 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA 02210 to oversee and direct the creation and development of product concepts and marketing plans for the Reebok Brand, including identifying, selecting and creating a world class portfolio of External Brand Partners, ensuring the seamless coordination of marketing strategies and approaches between the Reebok brand and External Brand Partners required for optimal marketplace and consumer impact.

Duties include:

  • Develop global marketing partnership strategies with External Operating Partners
  • Develop process for Brand and Partner seasonal alignment
  • Ensure partner product selection clarity and alignment
  • Provide clarity of Reebok Brand priorities and Product Marketing Roadmaps to External Brand Partners
  • Coordinate overall Partner calendar for Runway, Streetwear, and Energy with key Products, “Biz” Marketing Planning, and External Operators
  • Develop product marketing “best practices” for External Brand Marketing Relationships and Partnerships using Reebok specific marketing strategies and procedures; and sourcing approach across brand and RDG
  • Ensure product strategy follows contractual guidelines and supports overall Reebok Brand strategy across Footwear and Apparel
  • Act as Reebok Product Brand Representative (Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories) during meetings with External Operators or potential collaborative partners
  • Develop and execute key product launches and storytelling
  • Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans to Reebok stakeholders to maximize product awareness and facilitate actions necessary across stakeholder groups
  • Represent Reebok Brand with key Channel Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Fashion Marketing or related field, plus 6 years of experience managing international fashion marketing & sales, brand & partnership management, and fashion product management for footwear and apparel. Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must include:

  • 6 years developing international strategic sales plans for fashion account portfolio based on global and market plans.
  • 6 years in partnerships management including creating relevant business plans, relationship management, and contract negotiations.
  • 6 years in fashion and luxury brand management and international marketing including managing brand marketing and activation plans
  • 6 years in sport fashion product management for footwear and apparel lines from product brief to activation, including briefing, prototyping, rollout strategies, merchandising, pricing.
  • 6 years in cross-functional projects management with key stakeholders from design, development, planning, go- to- market, sales & brand communications.

Requires approx. 50% domestic & international travel. 

Position is eligible for 100% telecommuting from any location in the US.

Salary: $201,594 per year.
