Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Engage with customers, build rapport, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ordering as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender required
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of food handling guidelines is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
