Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages,

Duties:

- Must have reliable transportation (Required)

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner

- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service

- Stay updated on current drink trends, new products, and industry best practices

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of catering procedures is a plus

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips

- Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system is desirable (experience with Aloha POS is a plus)

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly

- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
