We are looking for an energetic, attentive Bar Back attendant who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our customers.
Job Summary:
The Bar-back responsibilities include backing up bartenders. Required tasks such as maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, maintaining the cleanliness of the Bar and Lounge area, ensuring there is plenty of clean glassware and re-stocking ice. The ability to lift heavy weights, attention to details, teamwork, multitasking, and good communication skills. To succeed you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient.

- Interacting with customers, and running food orders for bartenders and Cocktail Servers.
- Cleaning and clearing tables.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, and sweeping and mopping.
- Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
- Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.
