We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting guests with check-in and check-out. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries from guests and potential customers.
• Process payments for guests and manage their accounts.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide guests with directions to local attractions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
