Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort facilities and services
- Assist guests with reservations, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct night audit duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in front desk or guest services preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal
- Ability to handle phone etiquette
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
