Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel and local area
- Manage reservations and cancellations using the hotel's booking system
- Assist with guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby & public area is clean and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Strong focus on guest services and guest relations
