The Red Hat Accounting team has an opportunity for an Accounting Intern to join us in Beijing, China.
This 12-month internship is designed to provide interns with exposure to Red Hat’s business and culture. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with one of our Accounting teams overseeing regional activities.
As an Intern, you’ll be fully embedded into the finance organization and engage with stakeholders across the business including other accounting teams, Audit, Business Controls and Transformation. This internship will give you the opportunity to gain insight into the operation of a dynamic accounting function and how it contributes to the success of the business. In addition, you will gain experience of working in a global operating environment, interacting with colleagues locally and across the globe.
You will be supported in your journey by your manager and colleagues, with regular feedback to support your growth and development. You will participate in a structured learning and development programme, with specific job related training, professional development and soft skills training opportunities. A buddy will be appointed who can offer you their experience, knowledge and guidance throughout your Internship. You will also have 1:1 engagement with local senior management to support your development throughout your internship experience.
