As a Client Services Specialist, you will work directly with insurance/investment companies, our back-office team, and financial planners to impact the lives of the families we work with. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, execute, & track Onboarding Paperwork and service-related items
  • Scan, save & mail documents as needed
  • Input and maintain CRM system with financial accounts, current client information and status updates regarding pending business and service requests
  • Execute advisor’s requests including money movement, trades, account changes, etc.
  • Assist with business operations including technology, data integrity, and licensing/contracting
  • Navigate carrier and custodian websites for account/policy information & alerts, pending business status, status of transfers, etc.
  • Make outbound calls to get updates on pending items to ensure smooth processing and that standard processing times are being met
  • Communicate with the advisory staff, team members, and custodians/carriers to gather any missing information, resolve any NIGOs, update on status of accounts and services requests

Qualifications:

  • Great team player and winning attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in core Microsoft Office Systems
  • Able to manage own workflow and priorities, and can accommodate unexpected requests or needs from clients, Advisors, and team members
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Trustworthy; uses discretion with confidential information
  • Degree in business, finance, or similar
  • 3 years of experience in the financial services industry within a client service & ops support role
  • Insurance (Life & Annuity) experience preferred but not required
  • Investment experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

This is a salaried position subject to current market demands and candidate experience that offers bonus opportunities and includes a competitive benefits package; Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, 401k, and generous PTO.
