Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience Job Summary: The role of the Client Service Associate is to support our clients by working directly with our Relationship Management and Sales teams. Primary areas of support include client reporting, solving client queries, the creation of client meeting materials, performing ad hoc portfolio analysis, and representing the perspective of client interests in various corporate initiatives. This position will involve working with clients in the US as well as clients based in non-US markets. Essential Job Functions: Client Service Support: Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of accounts owned – including all standard reporting. These responsibilities include: Quarterly/Monthly Reporting: Preparing standard and ad hoc reports per client requests. Verifying the accuracy of portfolio specific data. Analyzing product performance and preparing attribution summaries. Overseeing the production and distribution of materials and reports. Customizing and assisting in editing/sending both monthly and quarterly commentaries letters to clients. Ensuring timeliness in meeting client deadlines. Client Support: Client requests are wide in scope and vary in time to complete. They consist of custom attribution requests, explanation of portfolio positioning, and a broad range of analytical requests. These requests require working across departments within the organization, including the investment team. Presentation Materials Production: Producing and maintaining presentations, graphs, and slides for use in meetings and conferences with clients. Client Establishment/Maintenance: Maintaining accuracy of client and account information in our CRM system and ensuring proper communication of account information through various parties at Firm. Onboarding: Facilitating new account establishment and contracting processes working in conjunction with ADM (responsible for new account setup). Other Duties: Focus on consultant relationships pertaining to prospects and clients in your prescribed region or purview. Assist as backup for the broader Client Service Support team. Business Development Support: Assist in the preparation of RFPs and other questionnaires Assist in the preparation of presentations & custom materials for consultants and prospect meetings including creating new materials by working with Sales, investment teams, and the Business Strategy team Job Specifications: This individual must be highly motivated and detailed-oriented with a collaborative mindset. They must also have the ability to work in a busy environment and committed to quality in all job-related activities.
