We are a local HVAC company looking to hire a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Hours : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00

Primary Job Function : This position is responsible for ordering all required parts, following up with vendors, and scheduling.

The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will process all returns and warranty claims. The candidate we are looking for must be detail-oriented and organized.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum two-year customer service / warehouse support experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Advanced Computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Detail oriented
• Organization skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Qualifications :

• QuickBooks experience
