Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Management & Analysis
- Lead the comprehensive data collection process for grants and program improvement strategies utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Analyze collected data to derive meaningful insights for continuous improvement and reporting
- Spearhead the collection of success stories and testimonials from students to showcase the positive impact of our programs
- Participate in the development of our impact measurement strategy
- Collaborate closely with the Development department to align impact measurement with fundraising and outreach strategies
Logistics Coordination
- Manage logistics for obtaining items for Welcome & Grad boxes, ensuring a smooth procurement process
- Oversee packaging and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery of Welcome & Grad boxes
Technology Oversight
- Ensure the smooth operation and troubleshooting of essential platforms like Slack and Kajabi
- Implement Salesforce as a CRM system in partnership with the Operations team to enhance data management and communication
Cross-Functional Support
- Provide comprehensive support across functions to promote community, student assistance, while adhering to trauma-informed principles
- Maintain an inclusive and supportive environment in line with Elevate’s values
- Engaging with colleagues from different departments to ensure alignment of efforts and support for shared initiatives
Student Support
- Offer outstanding service through email and Slack, addressing student concerns with empathy and according to trauma-informed principles.
- Share resources, opportunities, and referrals as necessary to support student success
- Manage and update communication channels to ensure the community stays informed about events, discussions, and resources
- Oversee Elevate’s email communications to ensure clarity and consistency
- Support students with technology tools and requests, providing technical assistance as required
- Provide occasional guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and where to find job opportunities
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing support to individuals who are survivors of human trafficking or have experienced sexual assault.
- Proven expertise in Google Suite, Kajabi, Salesforce, Slack, and familiarity with project management tools (i.e. Monday or Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and analysis
- Exceptional organizational and logistical planning abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, fostering a cooperative and supportive workplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to trauma-informed practices
- Experience in a nonprofit environment, particularly in educational or development settings, is highly desirable

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
