Real Estate is Hiring a PT Office Assistant Near Madison, MS

Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Real Estate Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for retirees or college students who are looking to gain experience in the real estate industry. While real estate experience is a plus, we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media accounts, and assisting with online listings. Social media marketing experience preferred.
  • Documentation and Filing: Maintain organized files, documents, and records related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on properties, market trends, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to support the efficient operation of the real estate office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. Retirees and college students are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Social media marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
