Join Our Team as a Project Manager at Re-View Windows!

Are you ready to lead impactful projects in historical window restoration? Re-View Windows, a premier custom fabricator of wood windows and restorer of wood & steel windows, seeks a dynamic Project Manager to join our dedicated team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Re-View Windows. We specialize in historical projects, positioning ourselves as a key supplier or sub-contractor on large renovation projects managed by general contractors. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, including field installation, project coordination, and client relationship management. Position Description:

• Coordinate Project Timelines: Collaborate with clients and the Re-View Operation Director to ensure seamless project execution.
• Submittal Package Management: Develop, manage, and deliver comprehensive submittal packages.
• Billing Excellence: Drive monthly billing processes, including Schedule of Values, Supplier Lien Releases, and Proof of Insurance.
• Change Order Mastery: Efficiently manage change orders from inception to execution.
• Profitability Focus: Oversee and optimize project profitability.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management: Lead and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendor suppliers.
• Customer Collaboration: Participate in and prepare for regular customer project calls.
• Estimating Expertise: Utilize your skills in project estimating to contribute to successful project outcomes.
• Material Coordination: Manage mockup units, product samples, and product inventory.
• Nationwide Client Engagement: Conduct client site visits, including material delivery, field measurements, sample delivery, and project coordination meetings.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Undertake additional tasks as needed to ensure project success.

Standard Operating Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday: 6:30 am to 11 am

Travel Expectations:

• Up to 5 days per month
