We are seeking Lead Generators/ Lowe's Associate Trainers to join our Team at Re-Bath of DFW! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing company and product information and generating leads. This position also encompasses product education, training, and working with Lowe’s Home Improvement associates to enhance their knowledge of Re-Bath of DFW and teach best practices of lead generation and customer engagement (this is NOT a sales job).

We are looking to add a qualified applicant to our Dallas/Richardson/Allen/Forney etc. branch.

This is the area where you will be working at multiple Lowe’s locations.

This position requires a lot of talking, engaging, and strong communication skills.

This is a full-time position working inside Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores and special events throughout the Dallas/DFW Region (when applicable). Must be able to work Saturdays.

• Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be able to work 10-6 PM Tuesday through Saturday.
• We offer guaranteed hourly pay, PLUS- pay bonuses, and incentives (gas, toll, maintenance, etc.)
• Paid Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate and schedule quality leads that turn into appointments for our in-home design consultants.
• Set up a table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you.
• Provide basic product and service information to prospective customers.
• Work with Lowe’s associates to assist them in fully understanding the Lowe’s/Re-Bath of DFW partnership including training, Product Knowledge (PK) sessions, Specialty Spotlights, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• Energetic and engaging.
• Ability to build rapport with managers and associates.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand for hours and lift 30 lbs.

Required Qualifications

• Must have 2 years in lead generation -minimum.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius.
• A completed associate degree (any field of study) or a minimum of a 2-year history in Lead Generation or Appointment Setting.
