Mindpath Health is Hiring a Residency & Fellowship Outreach Training Program Lead Specialist Near Dallas, TX

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residency & Fellowship Outreach Training Program Lead Specialist who will be responsible for connecting with psychiatry residency and fellowship programs in addition to connecting with residents and fellows throughout focused regions offering educational learning to develop a pipeline of qualified psychiatrist candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully engage and interact with residency and fellowship programs along with engagement of residents and fellows throughout certain regions of the psychiatry training program landscape.
  • Close engagement with residency and fellowship programs over the course of each academic year – with the overall goal to open and cultivate active training program partnership offering educational learning topics and events.
  • Host at least 1–3 events for each active residency program relationship each academic year creating a continuous pipeline of psychiatrist candidates.
  • Provide educational learning assistance to all interested residency and fellowship programs as well as resident/fellow clinicians via monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly “check-ins” offering educational updates, virtual learning series and on-site/off-site educational presentations consisting of didactic sessions, learning dinners, happy hour connects and other educational events.
  • Regularly refer qualified psychiatrist leads who have a significant interest in an open position to Sr. Recruiters as assigned per region.
  • Cultivate and develop on-going and future psychiatrist leads as potential hires for the organization.
  • Engagement with Sr. Recruiters to ensure psychiatrist leads are properly followed up on by the appropriate recruiter in a timely manner.
  • Consistently maintains tracking and reporting via the organization’s ATS for all referrals sent to Sr. Recruiters – ability to stay engaged and help maintain relationships as needed with all psychiatrists leads.
  • Optimize ATS to report and track accurate documentation of all lead candidate activity with proper status of psychsitatsts lead candidates in database.
  • Track and maintain all information and outreach activity regarding residency and fellowship programs, resident, and fellowship events along with psychiatrist referral leads on a monthly report-out basis tracking to monthly and annual goals.
  • Ability to lead, attend or help with residency and fellowship recruiting events (both live & virtual) in addition to annual company-based recruiting events when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Residency Program or Clinician Recruiting within a healthcare system, hospital, medical group, or healthcare management environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related subjects.
  • Physician recruitment experience a Must – recruiting in psychiatry is desired.
  • Ability to cultivate resident and fellow relationships within the rules and regulations of any program.
  • Proficient use of candidate database management and candidate lead reporting, project management, and recruiting event management.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and forward-thinking in recruiting approaches.
  • Ability to cultivate resident and fellow leads through various recruitment channels.
  • Able to travel at least 50% with some nights and weekend work expected outside of normal business hours.
  • Proven team player, with the ability to work independently.
