We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Veteran to lead our Outreach and Marketing efforts in the home care sector. You will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and programs to the veteran community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage the public and build strong relationships veteran in rural and underserved areas.

```Duties```

- Conduct data collection and market research to identify target audiences and develop effective outreach strategies

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives

- Coordinate and manage volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement

- Utilize social media platforms to promote organization's initiatives and engage with the community

- Assist in fundraising efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and donor relations

- Develop and deliver presentations at community events, conferences, and meetings

- Manage projects related to program development, implementation, and evaluation

- Cultivate partnerships with local veteran community organizations, businesses, and government agencies

- Monitor and evaluate outreach efforts to measure impact and make recommendations for improvement

```Qualifications```

- Veteran (military service required)

- Proven experience in outreach or community engagement roles

- Sales experience a plus

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in social media management platforms

- Experience in fundraising and donor relations is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- Knowledge of project management principles

** Ability to travel 75% required**

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
