Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth for our dealership. Your primary focus will be on outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and market research. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing and discounts accurately

Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Strong cold calling skills and ability to generate leads
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
