We can build more robust and effective campaigns by encouraging our Account Representatives to maximize their strengths while following client sales guidelines.

As An Entry-Level Account Representative You will:

• Initiate and complete the sales and customer service process by communicating with local consumers
• Utilize client-provided information, devices, and resources to provide proper and knowledgeable service to customers
• Communicate professionally, intelligently, and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our services and products
• Become familiar with telecommunications industry trends and client knowledge by attending daily Account Representative meetings in order to answer consumer questions and negotiate the best service solutions
• Be on the front lines answering questions, elucidating concerns, and finding effective solutions to customer issues to close sales
• Propose new solutions, ideas, and approaches to current processes in order to increase customer retainment and bolster sales revenue

Our Entry-Level Account Representative Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
• Prior experience in entry level customer service, sales, or account management, client facing, or business development is preferred
• Have professional and friendly communication skills, both with customers and with Account Representative team members within the office
• Remarkable ability to be helpful, go above and beyond and take care of customers
• Exceptional organizational skills, detailed-oriented and thorough
• Ability to stay self-motivated and positive
• Be reliable in time management to ensure all sales, consumer outreach, and advancement goals are met within expected time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
