We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into computerized databases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an office environment and has strong clerical and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter data into computerized databases
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Maintain organized files and documents
- Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with computerized databases and ability to navigate and input data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain files and documents in an orderly manner
- Basic math skills for performing calculations as required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Data Entry Clerk will be expected to work on-site at our office location.
