Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support employee engagement and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR generalist functions.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
