Locations :

Hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.

Shift:

Training hours: 8:30AM-5PM local time

Work hours/Post training hours: 9:30AM-6PM

Pay Rate:

$20/hr (increase to $23/hr after 2 months).

What you will be doing:

• investors with 401k issues or questions, transactions, products and services, and resolving general account issues.
• to requests for investment, fund, and account information.
• standardized processes to complete monetary and administrative transactions.
• basic knowledge of Vanguard funds, products, and services, and of the overall Financial Services industry.

The right candidate will have:

• 2 years of Customer service, Contact Center, Financial, or related work experience.
• Recent grads in Business, Finance, Communications, Education, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Excellent client-relation, telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and ability to use multiple computer software/systems simultaneously.
• Ability to attend training (100% training attendance is required).
