In charge of developing strategies related to technology investments, including decisions on building, buying, and forming partnerships. Responsible for executing partnership agreements within the ecosystem and collaborating with the M&A team on acquisition targets. This role involves frequent collaboration with Global Sales, Business Units (BUs), Engineering Fellows, Larson Toubro Corporate Strategy, and M&A teams. The Business Developer, working alongside the CTO office leadership, oversees the semiconductor business strategy. They are expected to be an experienced professional with expertise in due diligence, a proven track record of successful partnership agreements, and experience in identifying or contributing to acquisitions of startups or technology assets.

responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for the business on the technology investment areas and strategic partnerships.
• Ownership for the guidance on competitive landscape, industry directions and technology inflection points for the segments: automotive, industrial, RF, MEMS and Power semiconductors.
• Presentation of the data points, analysis, summary to facilitate decision making and the follow-up action points.
• Evaluate the company's offering roadmap, the progress, formulate and execute partnerships plan for the roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with the Technology Fellows, BU's and Global sales teams on the overall product and technology strategy and translation into recommendations and action points. Ability to effectively manage the senior leadership meetings where the company's technology and product roadmaps are finalized.
• Nurture and develop the external and internal relationships to assure technology strategy of the business is consistent with the industry requirements.
• Interface with the external start-ups, venture capital, universities, and research institutes for the strategic partnerships.
• Part of the CTO Advisory team for the investment strategy.
