We are looking for a talented Product Designer to create amazing experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience with a broad range of design skills (such as product strategy, user research, design systems, user experience or visual design); with deep expertise in at least 1 or 2 of these areas. You have a passion for understanding both end user needs and business goals, with the ability to translate these requirements into innovative designs for desktop, web and mobile. You are comfortable working in an Agile development environment, and able to iterate based on customer and stakeholder feedback. You will join a team that applies user-centered techniques through research, design and evaluation. You will collaborate with other professionals in user experience, product management and product development.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Transform business requirements and user research into modern and delightful product designs, while utilizing user-centered design methods.
• Pursue an understanding of users, their goals, environments, and pain points. Apply this knowledge to drive improvements in designs and increase user satisfaction in our products.
• Play an active role in defining product strategy, utilizing product metrics, user feedback and market research to drive design direction.
• Create design deliverables ranging from low fidelity wireframes to high fidelity prototypes, utilizing UI components from our established design system.
• Stay involved in the entire product lifecycle, from early discovery to release. Apply a mindset of continuous improvement post product launch.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders effectively, while providing rationale to support your design decisions.
• Give and receive critical design feedback to improve quality of design.
• Display excellent collaboration skills with an ability to build consensus.
• Keep informed of industrial automation trends and competitive software product offerings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of experience in Product or UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency using modern design tools such as Figma, Axure, Balsamiq, or Sketch.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with one or more product design methodologies, such as Design Thinking, Lean, SAFe or Product Led Growth.
• Experience in internationalization and cross-cultural design.
• strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills.
