Join our dynamic team of IT support specialists in the insurance industry. Our team supports various internal client services to provide technical assistance to the client's employees, agents, and contractors. work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Process PC computer support requests for support as well as building and deploying computer systems.
- Test, clean, and minor physical repair of hardware (e.g. laptop, desktop, monitors, printers).
- Perform base operating system build using automated installation tool; install user specific software.
- Troubleshoot and correct general hardware configuration, operating system, and Office365 functional issues.
- Document all work within ServiceNow ticketing system
qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Education: Bachelors
