Schedule : Monday Friday, between the hours of 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm Location : East S.R 44, Franklin, IN Primary Responsibilities : Scheduling patient appointments via phone Assist with troubleshooting of patient calls and inquiries Assist with patient check-out Obtain accurate and updated patient information, such as name, address, insurance information Perform insurance verification on the date of service File and maintain medical records Confirms and schedule appointments Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously Collects co-pays or outstanding balances on the date of service Perform referral documentation promptly Perform all other related duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group?
