Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage all maintenance operations on the 2nd shift in our Ripon, WI facilities. This role will oversee the execution of the maintenance process, promote reliability, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include providing leadership, first-line supervision, technical support, and training to a team of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the achievement of unit goals and objectives, supervise assigned personnel, and oversee day-to-day activities on the designated shift. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate a safety-oriented culture and enforce workplace policies.
Establish strong relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams.
Ensure timely submission of completed work orders with actual hours and completion comments by technicians.
Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, and schedule compliance.
Collaborate with Maintenance Planners to scope corrective work orders when necessary.
Develop and manage weekly schedules for shift technicians, prioritizing emergency jobs as needed.
Evaluate team member performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Friday, 1pm-10pm.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience/Education:
Associate degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, or business management preferred; significant experience and specialized training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a skilled position, with at least 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor/team leader.
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facilities equipment, with the ability to interpret prints across all areas.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment functionality (e.g., stamping, automated fabrication, machining, paint process).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent team-building and communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office products.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Special qualifications:
Ability to supervise diverse team members and direct technical workforce to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly facility.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and technologies.
Innovative mindset with the drive to introduce new ideas.
Physical Requirements:
Stooping, bending, standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
