Job Title: Marketing Manager (Temporary)

Rainier Clinical Research Center (RCRC) was founded in 1991. Since that time, we have participated in more than 600 Phase I-IV clinical trials involving thousands of patients. This part-time temporary position is ideal for a sociable professional seeking a fast paced, challenging role and is interested in health care.

Reports to: Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies for enrolling clinical trials including social media management on multiple channels
• Develop marketing strategies to improve company brand awareness
• Monitor performance of advertisements & determine ROI. Make recommendations regarding expenditure and areas for improvement
• Organize and identify promotional events to grow proprietary patient database and patient recruitment funnel
• Review current marketing campaigns for gap and develop solutions
• Identify areas for improvement related to patient recruitment, enrollment & strategic positioning
• Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter those markets with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
• Develop optimal recruitment strategies for inclusion of underrepresented populations experiencing health disparities in research.
• Analyze conversion rates for advertisements
• Audience building and reputation management
• Ad creation and creative design

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• SMBG experience preferred
• Proficient in M365, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, social media platforms, required
• Medical Terminology knowledge experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, multitasking, interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to make quick but well-thought out decisions, and adapt to changing environments and requirements
• Self-motivated and ability to work well independently as well as using a collaborative team approach
• Ability to adhere to established timelines, processes and procedures

Must be willing to work at our office in Renton, WA
