Job Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Operations & DataDepartment: Business Strategy & AnalyticsReports to: Managing Director of Strategy & AnalyticsSUMMARYThe Seattle Seahawks are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Data to lead our marketing operations vertical within the Business Strategy & Analytics department. The goal of this role is to lead data-driven marketing, sales and service operations efforts across the organization in partnership with Marketing, Digital and other departments. This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing data management (testing, reporting, analytics, technology and operations) to execute and drive insights for business initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Drive system integration efforts and facilitate seamless data workflows between the marketing automation platform, CRM system, data warehouse, websites and digital platforms
Oversee the collection, testing, integration and analysis of marketing data from diverse sources to deliver consistent actionable insights and recommendations
Lead a team of marketing data analysts and operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices in data management
Design, implement and oversee both programmatic and ad-hoc reporting solutions
Develop highly custom segments and processes to be utilized in fan communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational synergy and unified campaign management across sales, service, digital and marketing efforts
Continuously improve processes, data technology solutions and strategies based on business performance
Undertake additional data and cross-functional support responsibilities as needed

5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, analytics or related fields
Expertise in marketing technology with a strong grasp of data integration and system architecture
Demonstrated capability to drive business value through personalized communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, mobile apps) and paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Proficient in administering web analytics services, preferably Google Analytics
Experience or desire to excel in people management, with the ability to inspire and develop talent
Analytical and structured thinker with strong business acumen
Experience establishing systems and developing processes. Ability to take a vague problem, frame the challenge, identify a path forward and drive an initiative over the finish line
Proven experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating information clearly to diverse stakeholders
Ability to write SQL queries and extract data from relational databases
Experience building data visualizations (e.g. Tableau) preferred
A consistently curious self-starter who learns new concepts quickly
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is: $120,000 - $135,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
