About Us:Our endodontic practice is a dental specialty practice. Our practice growth relies on referrals from other dental offices. The goal for the Professional Relations Director is to market and build relationships with the referring doctors and their teams.

Job Description:

Plan and implement marketing strategies that benefit referring doctors, improve their referral relationships to the specialist, and drive our practice growth. The job involves planning and implementing marketing strategies, creating fun media content, traveling to the local dental offices within 15 miles of our office to help grow more referrals.

Responsibilities

• Be a liaison between the offices
• Create and post media content (videos, photos)
• Get to know the referring offices, their doctors and their team well
• Doctor-to-doctor relationship management
• Team-to-team relationship management
• Prospecting and outreach to prospective referring doctors
• Tracking growth and success
• Professional events management

Qualifications

• Strong people skills (friendly, approachable, diplomatic, good listener)

 

• Strong communication skills

 

• Knowledge in creating and posting social media content

 

• Ability to work independently and in the field daily visiting practices

 

• Strategic thinker/Problem-solver

 

• Organized and detailed

• Flexible with hours, mobile (vehicle)

 

• Professional attire

 Training can and will be provided but education and/or experience in marketing, communication, hospitality or public relations is helpful. A personal vehicle is necessary for this position as excursions to local dental offices will be required on a regular basis (lunch runs, trips to offices).
