***Indeed Job Description says the compensation for this position is $2.13/ hour, but this is a tipped position, and the tip average per hour biweekly is much higher than this figure and is in the neighborhood of $30 an hour.***

We are an established neighborhood bar in the River Oaks/ Highland Village area of Houston looking for a bartender to join our family. We are looking for around 3-4 shifts a week with the potential to move to full-time. High volume experience is necessary.

We do not have a kitchen or barbacks, so the main responsibility of the bartender will be serving mixed drinks, beer, and wine, cleaning up after yourself, bussing, etc. We are looking for someone with the following:

Neighborhood bar/ night life experience preferred

TABC Certified

Knowledge of common drink recipes and alcohol

Reliable Transportation

Able to adapt between happy hour/nightlife customers

Have a flexible schedule

Able to work in fast pace environment

Ability to lift heavier objects like trash cans and kegs

Self-motivated
