Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious and visually appealing beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences - Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food items - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the bar area - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or complaints Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of retail math, including calculating drink prices, discounts, and tips - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests - Proficient in basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills - Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems for processing payments - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations - Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
