Dental Assistant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Assistant II to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by assisting dentists with patient care, sterilization, and administrative tasks. We utilize the newest technologies in our practice and we are incorporating medspa/aesthetic procedures into the practice for anyone that wants to learn and get more involved in that space.

Responsibilities:

• Be comfortable taking on a head assistant role, supporting the team and ensuring efficient operations.
• Chairside assistance: All DAII responsibilities including chairside temporary crown fabrication
• Patient care
• Sterilization
• Administrative duties:
• Place Supply Orders
• Schedule appointments, update patient records, answer phones
• Inventory management: Maintain dental supplies and equipment, and perform general maintenance of equipment and rooms.

Qualifications:

• Dental Assistant certification (or equivalent experience) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant II preferred or willing to be trained
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Temporary crowns
• Phlebotomy experience or willing to learn
• X-ray certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
