We are looking for a Dental Assistant who can help support our team. The ideal candidate must have previous Radiology experience, be an active participant in patient care, intelligent and dedicated. We are looking for a high level of work ethic and someone who is autonomous and willing to make quick decisions in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take x-rays of teeth and jaws.
• Create a dental chart from the x-rays.
• Prepare teeth for dental work.
• Prepare patients for dental surgery.
• Investigate any problems with a patient's teeth as directed by dentist.
• Gather dental tools and supplies for a procedure.
• Communicate with dentists, assistants, and other staff members.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification, Coronal Polishing Certification (Required)
