**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to oversee our banquet events and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in the food industry, with a focus on hospitality and event execution.

**Duties:**

- Coordinate banquet setup, service, and breakdown

- Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support

- Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly and according to standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas

- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations as needed

- Manage shifts effectively to meet event requirements

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in country club banquet or hotel setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of food preparation. presentation, and culinary practices

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
