The Role:
The Radish Kitchen Front of House Shift Lead supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, taking pride in operational excellence, and making sure our customers have the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- Help open and close the restaurant
- Train fellow team members by working alongside them on the front line showing how to create Radish Kitchen's dishes
- Ensure customers get the best possible service
- Ensure all food and service meet our standard of excellence by keeping an eye on quality as foods comes out.
- Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer
- Bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do, including food preparation and taking care of our customers
- Help in maintaining Radish Kitchen as the cleanest place around
