The Role:
The Front-of-House Shift Lead supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the
restaurant, taking pride in operational excellence, and making sure our customers have the best possible
experience.
Previous barista and leadership experience required
Responsibilities:

• Help open and close the restaurant
• Train fellow team members by working alongside them on the front line showing how to create Little Rad's coffee, espresso and tea
• Ensure customers get the best possible service
• Ensure all food and service meet our standard of excellence by keeping an eye on quality as foods comes out
• Lead by example by living the core values and treating our team the way we want them to treat the customer
• Bring passion, energy, and enthusiasm to everything you do, including food preparation and taking care of our customers
• Help in maintaining Radish Kitchen as the cleanest place around
